I'm selling my less than one year old Rogue Audio RP-5 as I just upgraded to the Rogue Audio RP-7. Unit ships in the original box with factory users manual, power cord, and remote. Remote is brand new as I bought an RP-9 metal remote for my RP-7. Other than a few finger smudges which I'll wipe off before I box it up, this unit is spotless and perfect. I've rated it a 9/10 since it is not brand new.
Unit comes with the original JJ 12AU7 tubes installed. I was using some NOS Brimar tubes, but the original tubes give an accurate, neutral sound with a big sound stage. I used an off-board phono stage, so the unit is set up with the phono input as a line input and bypasses the internal phono stage. Reverting back to MM/MC setting on the internal phono stage takes less than ten minutes, most of which is removing and replacing the pre-amp cover.
This is an amazing pre-amp. You will not be disappointed with the sound. Check out the various reviews online.
I have owned Rogue Audio equipment since 2008 and have steadily upgraded over the years. I love their equipment and their customer service is second to none.
