The Nagra Jazz is a very special piece of audio equipment. The sound is tight but warm, transparent yet full. It's the most quiet tubed preamp I've heard -- probably mostly due to the stellar separate power supply.
Like all Nagra gear, the Jazz is not any bigger than it needs to be. This was a plus for me.
And the ergonomics of the Jazz are pure Swiss -- cool meter, cool rotary dials, petite toggle switches, oddly shaped (but very functional) remote.
The unit comes packaged in the original Nagra box, with original manual, remote, power cord, fuses.
It also comes with some recently bought tubes. I will update the add with details soon.
Note that this unit does not come with the balanced input transformers. The input XLRs are single ended.
At my asking price, US (lower 48) ground shipping is included.
