This Micro Phono Drive is a gem and a first class sounding and sturdy phono preamp, designed to deliver the exceptional levels of natural musicality usually found in much larger, more expensive products. The phono circuit in this miniature phono preamplifier is exactly the same as the one used in the ALD-1 preamplifier. It is simply repackaged in a convenient size. A simple internal adjustment allows you to select either medium gain for high output cartridges or high gain for low output cartridges.

The unit can accommodate cartridges with outputs of about 0.25mV and higher. The higher the output of the cartridge, the better the signal to noise ratio.

The Micro Phono Drive uses high performance circuitry and highest quality RCA phono jacks for input and output connections.

It has been very well cared for, with no blemishes. 

It is silent. 

Included is the original power supply.
