The 2+2’s bass is very much in control, it has more detail and impact than most large electrostatic speakers and it blends seamlessly with the upper ranges. The high end is typical of electrostatics - open, airy, and incredibly quick in response to hard transients and subtle inner details in complex material

 

Questions for the seller
had a pair of these in the 1990's hooked up to a Krell stack. It was amazing.
I will bet they sounded fantastic. I hate selling them but we downsized and there is not enough room for them. I bought a refurbished Quad 63s and they sound wonderful but the Acoustats are more visceral. All the best, Walt
