Selling my 12" B+W powered sub in gorgeous Rosenut. This was the matching sub to my 802Ds which are now sold. Sub is powered by a 1000W Classe D amp and works well for both 2 channel and HT. As you can see by the pictures, the sub is in beautiful condition but over the years, the grill pegs have worn down so the grill has trouble staying firmly in place. Frankly, it looks better with the grill off anyway.
Given the weight, I'm looking for a local buyer, but I'm willing to ship if the buyer will pay. I do have the original packaging. I'll accept PP (+3%) PP F+F, bank check or Zelle.
The ASW825’s 12” driver features our ultra-rigid
Rohacell® sandwich cone that can move prodigious
amounts of air with almost perfect piston-like control.
It has a 4” diameter voice coil and massive magnet
assembly for high power handling without compression,
which enables the subwoofer to produce true lowfrequency sounds, from the subtle recreation of the
acoustic of a large space to the most demanding film
special effect.
Powering this driver with consummate ease is our
1000W amplifier module; its Class-D
operation and switch mode power supply offering
efficient performance, with little energy
wasted as heat.
Comprehensive controls are provided so that the
subwoofer can be integrated seamlessly into either a
multi-channel or 2-channel installation.

Questions for the seller |
---|
How long have you owned this?
Thanks. 11/5/2011 was the original purchase date..... The funny thing is, I never really used it. I had 802Ds which had plenty of base already. |
