I bought these new from Music Direct back in May, and really love them. I'm selling because the walnut won't fit into the decor at my new place. Not sure yet, but I might just buy the same speakers in white—assuming I can find a pair. I unboxed these & set them down where you see them, and that's where they've been since. We don't smoke, and the cats don't mess with them. They're truly in perfect shape. Come see & listen in you're in the Houston area. I tossed the boxes for lack of storage space, but I kept the foam inserts, so I should be able to re-box easily as long as I can find the right size of box. I've also got the cloth bags they were packaged with, as well as the white gloves and all literature.
The hype around this model is warranted. They're so revealing in the highest frequencies that I felt compelled to clean up my digital signal with a linear power supply for my streamer & an iFi SPDIF iPurifier2, which really took my hi-res digital to the next level—thanks to these speakers' ability to reveal the improvement. They also deliver tight, punchy bass, and a smooth and natural midrange when paired with my Denon PMA2000-IVR A/B, stereo integrated. The crossover was done really well. All 3 drivers blend seamlessly.
Prefer local pickup, but willing to ship within the continental US at buyer's expense.
