Enter description.Ultra rare ECC801S (premium 12AT7-ECC81) made by siemens Und Halske in the munich Factory in Germany with matching date codes from 1964.
First production of these amazing long life tubes, Heater rated for 10 000+ hours compared to 4000 hours for a regular ecc81/12AT7, triple Mica with 2 getter posts, 2 side holes in plates, copper grid posts. Silkscreen not 100% as often the case with these older tubes.
All tubes have acid etched codes below.

Huge soundstage with insane see through the music quality, great bass, ruler flat midrange that adds some fluidity compared to the Telefunken's, uncanny liveliness and micro detail retrieval.
Tested for shorts, leaks and dynamic conductance on my tester, also tested for noise and microphonics in VTL 5.5 my pre-amp....they are dead quiet.
Minimum Good 70 and NOS readings 115/120 on my tester.
