    • Naim Uniti Serve
Pretty old unit, I think it is due for an upgrade because it can’t play DSD files.  As interim, I upgraded with a Chinese no brand LPS with Synergistic Research Tesla 1 power cord.  Coaxial cable to DAC is an old ELOC cable.  It has a very interesting construction.  A thin silver wire in plastic tube, then a ground cable, then wrapped with a layer of oil paper.  I am sure a cable like this will be very expensive today.
    • EAR 868PL
From my research, it offers extremely high performance to price ratio.  Thr phono has the same circuitry as the 88PB, and the line section has the same circuit as 912.  912 has interstage transformer though.  I bought it because I tried 2 phono preamps and can’t find a good one to match with the Coincident.  I thought maybe a single machine will have better synergy, and it does.  Initially, I think I will sell the Coincident.  But after trying back and forth, the Coincident has some kind of magic; the music is very lively and engaging.  And now I upgraded the power supply, maybe that will also solve the previous problem.
    • Sota Star Sapphire sIII
With SAEC WE308 tonearm and a Denon H5LC cart. I am using a Cardas Golden Reference cable to the preamp.  I think the Denon cart is currently the weakest link in my system.  Likely this is what I will upgrade next.
    • APL HiFi DSD-S
With the heavily modify Pioneer SACD player.  It will output DSD signal and decode natively in the DSD-S.  Excellent equipment, despite this is another old model, it is first time ever I can hear noticeable improvement on SACD over red book CD!

Using Synergistce Research Tesla 1 power cord on it.
    • Audio Note Kits (ANK) Parallel Single Ended 300B Interstage
All C-Core interstage transformer.  This is the only equipment I bought new.  At the beginning, they just sound ok, but now, they sound good in my system.  Maybe burn-in is real.  On my Harbeth, they are not as punchy, but music is more airy, bass is not as punchy as the 211PP but deep.
    • Coincident Speaker Technology 211PP Dragon Mono Amplifier
Deliver 70W high power and yet airy.  It makes my Harbeth 40.1 sings.  Using GE 211, driven by Cossor WE300B.  Zenith 6EM7.
    • Coincident Speaker Technology Statement Preamplifier II
I think it is one of the best preamp out there.  Initially, it is lacking some bass.  I eventually found out the problem.  It is my power supply.  I added an Isolation transformer and a power conditioner, also upgrade the power cable, viola, it sounds very good now.  I also use Psvane WE 101, if you have this preamp, you need to use this tube to unleash its true potential.
