The rack is a Sanus system rack, which is welded steel.  The shelves are not adjustable.  It's over 15 years old so doubtful that particular model rack is still made, although Sanus still builds various equipment stands and racks.

What rack is that? Are the shelves adjustable? I don’t find many racks with six shelves.
