I wanted to build a PP with some wattage but I am an SE fan. So this PP was built to sound as close to SE as I can.
So the PP kt120 was born. Lundahl IT phase splitter and CCS bias for the KT120 to keep them in class A1. Compare to my DRD 300b, the PP come very close in tone but with lots more muscle. Overall I think I accomplish what I wanted in a PP.

Nice DYI and the lundall phase splitter I would bet is a great touch! I have not built a P-P amp but from what I read splitting phase with an interstage transformer yields better results than a tube phase splitter. Congratulations.

I don't have enough records to justify the TT setup as my main source. TT are el cheapo I got from a friend and the phono is a cheap Chinese from epay, but its enough to spin some records when I am in the mood.

I like the tv to be eyes level, I feel that it doesn't stress my neck or my eyes if I don't have to look up to watch TV.
