Finally located the relatively rare Power Storage Unit that supplies, DC power to the CORUS preamplifier. Had to fly to Toronto to pick it up in a snow storm. Well worth it. And now, a few months later, the JRDG Aeris DAC has fallen into my hands via a local dealer who got one as a trade-in from a client who was moving to an all Esoteric stack. The synergy is fantastic.
Thanks @milpai i think the Rowland 625 S2, the Corus and the LTA Aero really make all the difference; not that the N20 doesn’t pull its weight too. The system really seems to gel now. I am supposed to be getting a Rowland Power Storge Unit for the Corus next week; we’ll see if that does anything other than look gorgeous.
