How do you like the Quads? I love mine. The NAD is a very good player for the money that I had listened. When do you intend to post the pic of your listening room?

This magico speaker need high power to push up the fantasic sound. More space will enjoy the sound traveling around as I agree with Mapman explaination.

I also observed that you are very fortunate to have quite a large, spacious room to work with. The small monitors and their placement in the room looks like it should produce a vary large, open and airy soundstage that is easy to get absorbed into and is most enjoyable. Very nice and very practical! You may be missing some low end with the monitors, but with the overall setup you have, who cares?

This room is well treatment and really can get almost perfect sound. The magico, krell, PS Audio MIT top model wire, ASC and etc. should sound every dream off.

With a room like that you can probably get great sound out of almost anything.
