Don't ever sell your Clear Day cables... amazing stuff, and I have owned a lot more expensive cables that did not sound nearly that good.

I think if you put some isolation under your gear you'll be able to maximize what you have. I'm not suggesting expensive tweaks, BDR #3 cones aren't expensive but don't hesitate they'll be gone!!!! First I'd try Sorbogel 2.25" 30 durometer (depends on weight of components) from dang-good-stuff on e-bay or Audioquest Q's. I'd start with the CDP or pre once you do one you'll "want" to do the other(s), also it will help in evaluations of current/ new gear.

Treat the room. Do Echobuster's Cornerbusters ($160/4pack) in all 4 corners and put down area rug(s) & pad(s) over your floor exposing only 18" around the perimeter of your space as well as thick lined drapes over all the windows. Happy Holidays!
