My wife loves the home theater experience and I the music. I have tried to achieve a balance without going overboard. I eventually plan on improving my Power Amp for my Front Speakers. But for now the Anthem is doing great.

That system definitely maximizes music over HT! Music is laid back and refined sounding from those speaekers. But is also very laid back for movies!(which is the antithesis of what comes out of a good HT speaker system. a more foreward, involving, and dynamic sounding HT speaker system with more pressence, or speakers with those attributes, will offer more for HT playback. So, for your, you're fine with music. For her, there can be so much more done for movies!
