Congratulations on a very sweet system. I built a pair of maxxed-out HPD 315's (12" Dual Concentric), that continue to reward with the deepest level of satisfaction, after 40+ years. Enjoy!

Dsholl1,
YOu have kept your system very simple but of obvious great quality ! I completely agree with you on the kensingtons having just moved up to it. and incidentally run it with the same Amp !

BTW How is the imaging in your setup..due to room limitations , that is the challenge I am trying to overcome,as i get a image hear the speaker limited in breadth by the speaker and not more than a couple of feet in depth where it used to be at least 3-4 times earlier (bookshelves)

Also regarding your speaker cables, are you using the original Speaker jumpers OR the same one as your speaker cables ?
Cheers

Been into hifi since 1995 and these are the most outstanding components I have ever purchased. These are in a completely different league to the Stirling, Sandringham and Turnberry. I just love them and get excited on my way home from work to spend the night in front of them.
There is something magical about dual-concentric designed speakers. Such effortless soundstage and imaging. The sweetspot effectively becomes the whole wall. The bottom end is simply awesome compared to other speakers i was looking af it just has weight to it, as opposed to hifi tightness and slam. I was in a band in the 90s and we were fortunate enough to record in one of Australias best studios. I remember listening to playback from the reel through their giant 15inch corner mounted ceiling speakers that fired down to the middle of the room and was completely blown away by the lack of compression and weight. The drums actually sounding exactly as they did in the recording room- uncompressed. The Kensingtons remind meof that great music moment a lo of the time.

How's the tune of your new Kensington now that they have played for some days?

System edited: These speakers have a "narcotic" quality. So glad I didn't buy the Wilson Sophia 3!

I am looking forward to read about your experience with Kensington. Especially interesting if you drive them with your SET. This will probably be a very nice system.
