I have read quite a few post on the older Classe amps an this is what I have gathered.
15: Great amp design but not as detailed as newer units. More smooth and tube-like than newer units though.
150: Weakest of all the amps in this series. Most don't care for it.
100: Best detail and balance. Clearest highs. If 100w/200w is enough power this is a great one. Doesn't have the drive of the big boys though, but it is very powerful sounding.
200: Better drive and bass with less finesse.
300: Step up from 200 in sound.
I have not all heard the ones list, and this is hear say from Audiogon-ers and AudioAsylum-ers so YMMV.
I love my CA-100. In many way it surpassed my Pass Labs Aleph 30. Better soundstage, better balance, clearer vocals, better bass, sounds powerful as if it has more watts than it outputs, smooth but not as refined as the Pass. If you need more power I'd step up to the 300 or 400.
