I use valve art kt88s and ram 12ax7s, I use Mullard cv4004 in the alpha, the speakers are waiting to be upgraded although there is nothing offensive about the combo, quicksilver has an amp designed for horns that looks like the minis (I'm thinking maybe these are the ones you are thing about?), I don't know why you would want to waste a good amps like these on horns (just kidding), mike

I love the mini-mites. What kind of tubes are you using? I find your speaker choice a bit curious. Have you had a chance to listen to them with any horns? These amps were really made for horns...they are flat out transformed. What kind of tubes are you using in the Alpha? Tom
