Description

Using spare room in new house until larger basement room is finished off. This room 9.5x 12.5. Cozy I guess you'd say. Sound is not to bad with lower listening levels, which is fine for now. Great decompression area. Only goals right now are more music and I think I will build 2 bass traps with help from a friend.

hey Basement,

i love your room name. in fact; any room where you enjoy music is at least 'not that bad'.

Yea, it's a great little getaway. I'm sure I'll put money into upgrades, or even replace everything as finances allow.
But some sounds have a higher priority right now: the sound of a smallmouth pull line off my fly reel, the sound of a whitetail crusing the woods, the sound of a pheasent taking off from a corn field. No system could replace hearing that in person.

Fantastic setup! I'm glad to see a good mix of older and newer vinyl in your collection; Beck and Radiohead are two of my favorite artists.

Your system is proof that you don't need to spend 15K to build a cozy, enjoyable, beautiful listening room. Great job.
