Description

I have come a long way on a very limited budget. I started out in 1984 with a technics turntable, marantz integrated amp, marantz tuner, and homemade speakers in technics boxes. Other equipment I have owned along the way include JBL L100 speakers my Dad has these now, Carver CT-26 pre-amp, Carver M 1.5T amp, Infinity RSIIIB speakers, Maggie MG III's, Conrad Johnson PV-4 pre-amp, Audio Symphonies tube pre-amp, McIntosh 2100 amp, Conrad Johnson Premier 11A amp, Conrad Johnson PV14L pre-amp, Sony CDP X779ES, PBN Montana DPS speakers. Recently purchased some Jeff Rowland Model 6 mono amps. Never was I more disappointed in a purchase.

Wonderful audiophile system without be obsessive with your choices. Your pre/power/cd/speakers would be a dream come true for me.

Rob, I actually do have room treatments I just didn't list them because they are homemade but they work well.

Hi Kenn,

What a well rounded system. Very nice.

Two words that will make a huge difference, room treatment. You can DIY and spend almost nothing except time & energy.

Congratulations on a very nice system. As a Montana owner myself, I imagine the DPS sounds great in a small to medium size room. I also used to have a Modulus 3A (actually had two of them over the years), another outstanding product. Enjoy.
