Hello,this thread is already 4 yeaars old but I have a questions from you.

Do you still have the Studio 1A ?

I just acquired this Studio 1A last Saturday and like it even though bass shy...did you do any upgrade for the bass or any room treatment.
To me it seems like nearfield or 3/4 ft.listening is were i hear the huge sound stage .I am still studying or auditioning this speaker.

Any input of yours..Thanks.Pescolar

Hi Gofast, great set up. I also have the Rogers Studio 1a in a second tube based set up. Just couldn't bring myself to part with them when I upgraded to MS Performance 6s. Only let down can be a sometimes muddy bass, but the mids are so exceptional, I live with them very easily.
