All of this acquired over the past year. Pre-owned items were less than a year old when purchased. This system is for HT only, I have a separate 2 Channel audio system in a different room. I would appreciate any comments for improvements.
I think you have it balanced rather well. You can switch out components anytime without upsetting the rest. I think your visual is better than your audio; but then again this is for movies and---what the hell--an explosion is still an explosion and you are watching a movie, not judging the sonic quality of a bomb going off.
As so much is changing, what with High Definition broadcasts, etc., I would just stick with what you have for a couple of years, and enjoy while the rest of us go crazy wondering when to jump into the upgrade whirlwind.
