Right you are. Just looked a little closer. The 360's plusg has a notch "cut" in one side, which I thought was different. But then I check a bunch of other cords. Some have this notch, and others don't. My Shunyata Taipan Vx Helix does, now that may be a good match!

    Hey Putty,

You can plug a power cord into one end of the power supply.

The 360 has some odd ball IEC connection on the power supply input, making cable swaps impossible. Does anyone know what this connector is?

    Hey Dan,

Thanks for the compliment about the system.

You know it suddenly dawned on me after I posted this that I should do that. Then I felt like an idiot and wished I haden't hit submit.

I am going to play around with it this weekend. I don't think it will make a big difference because the power cord is going into a power supply. The cord on the other end is hard wired to the power supply and plugs into the XBOX 360. The old XBOX allowed you to plug directly into the back and the after market cord made a huge difference.

Justin- I just checked out your system (nice!) and noticed you have some great Shunyata PC's on hand. Why not try one of those on the XBOX 360 and see how it does? Of course I'm assuming you already own the XBox 360. If not and you're just seeking opinions in case you get the 360, please forgive me.
