Description

Most of this stuff from the net. Trying to get realistic acoustic and National guitar sounds which I feel I know well. This is fairly close but my son returned home w/ his BAT VK3 and I see I need to upgrade my original"high end" piece, the SP 9. I'm thinking First Sound, Hovland, Joule Electra, CAT SL1 or maybe C-J LS 16 or 17 used based on what I read. Suggestions? Thoughts? Thanks.

System edited: upgraded tonearm & cartridge. much better piano & national steel guitar. the rega helped the guitar, the onyx is stunning on the piano. i continue to experiment w/ tube changes, i'll list those later, now trying to get photos of arm changes posted.
