Description

I'm very happy with this system. Although not elaborate, the parts are all high quality, and the sound is very balanced.

The room is the weakest component now - I have to tame a peak from 80-100 Hz and a null from 40-50 Hz.

At some point, I'll probably want to build a music server system.

Great list of components - I bet it sounds marvelous.

If or when you wish to go the computer-based server route, then check out this website: www.computeraudiophile.com. Should be helpful.

You might need some combination of these items to deal with your bass node peaks / nulls:
* Parametric EQ,
* multiple subwoofers
* bass trap of the helmholtz or diaphragmatic types to deal with problem areas below 100Hz unless you have a really large room dimensions and can afford to loose much floor space with fibre-filled bass traps.
