Minimalist in hardware, over-achiever in performance, head-less Mac based computer audio system. Controlled with either a MacBook Pro 15" using screen share, iPac2 using Remote app, or iPhone4 using Remote app. Located in the living room for maximum comfort and access.
System edited: I'm using Bel Canto Design REF1000 MkII monoblocks attached directly to the Weiss DAC2002 using 1M Kimber Select 1120 XLR interconnects. I bought them as an experiment to build a "green" high end systems and have been really pleased with their performance. They work really well with the 1.7s.
