ditched pretty much everything since last we spoke. alons model 1's were the speakers that opened my eyes to audiophilia. it has taken a great many years since i have heard them (new in the showroom!)but i have finally wrapped my hands(and ears) around them permanently. I can say this with great certainty as my fiance has expressed great concern over my "discretionary" spending. My purchases will be few and far between from this point forward however, i believe this is a real world setup i can derive great pleasure from for quite a while.
