Oh wow,the only thing I have in use in this set up is the pre Amp which has been modified by Musical Concepts,the turntable which now has a Hana Umami Red HOMC and the cd player is used as a transport to a Modwright Elyse DAC. I have Odyssey Liquid speakers now with a Galbo modified Plinius 100 MRK 3. Driving them. Still use the Tice combo and it sounds Uber. These Odyssey speakers for the money can't be beat,they are special. All the other stuff is in storage. Yes I'm enjoying my retirement,thank you for asking.
I've moved on from the VTL. I'm running a Whest Titan Pro phono amp into an Adcom 750 in passive mode. The Adcom 750 imparts no coloration of any kind in passive mode. Try finding one on the used market,good luck. This one has the blue circuit board.
