Lol,I would have guessed that you would have a tube powered system in your garage! Thats great! Im learning how to solder, one of my ex girlfriends has had a job soldering for years,,so she is going to help.I had a problem with my Chardonnay,Mick said to replace the bridge rectifier .When I get that replaced im hoping to be able to listen to it again!

Linaeum66,

I am in no means bragging. My apologies if it came out that way. I have this set up for years now and the possibility of having the wrong notion of my intention posting it is the one reason that kept me from doing so for a long time.

In my defense, I tried many times to squeeze them into my HT rig but I have no more space. I do not like the look of a house that wherever you turn, you see speakers. Not my kind of thing!

My apologies sire.....

I am in the process of building a pantry system. all kidding aside, I think your system is far and away the best garage system I have ever seen. Most consist of a boom box from the early 90s, and the really high quality ones have speakers that can separate from the boombox so you can spread them out.

I think they will sound better if the plastic jackets are removed and the WD-40 bottle moved far away from the center of the soundstage. Nice garage, I wish I kept my MapleTree 6SE. Godspeed.

Hello,

I use it when I am building something inside the garage. I will take out the cars and have music while soldering. And man, it really helps!

Noticed the plastic wrap on the speakers? When I am done, I slide them in and the cars go in the garage as well. As for the amps etc., I cover them with cloth to protect from dust.

My wife? She does not care! As long as I do my "responsibilities" if you know what I mean.

That's an awfully nice garage system. Does your wife really make you sit out there and listen to music?
