I also have the Llano and really like it. I'm using it with a Joule Electra preamp and really like the combination. Good luck.

You might want to try out a tube preamp.It will sweeten the solid state amp.I'm doing that.tube preamps and solid state amps make a good combination.I would suggest trying out some Conrad Johnson preamps.Good luck.
