Description

Got to have decent music in for our Colorado condo. Smaller home has properly sized system that is better musically than I could have expected. It has taken months of careful system matching all done in our California home listening to how close could I get to my main sytem's music. I doesn't match the main system in several Audiophile's areas, but boy the 2nd system is producing some beautiful music. Makes me wonder why we really need anything better than this - 90%tile system. My wife will play LPs here but not in our California system. We are both happy.

System photos once it all set up correctly in Colorado. Then those stock photos to the left of the list will be replaced with photos of thepieces functioning in their new residence.

Got the B & O 4002 with SMMC20+ cartridge back from Soundsmith fully modded a month ago. Plugged into the California system just to see what it would sound like against the Da Vinci analog set up. It sounds very good, but it doesn't compete with the resident DaVinci. It was an unfair comparison, true, but that Soundsmith cartridge made some beautiful music on its own. Their are very few analog combinations that have cost/performance of this Soundsmith modded B&O 4002 TT and SMMC20+. I'm very pleased with the outcome and now we do have Vinyl music at our CO home. I enjoy this system. Now with the analog up and running. Some how there's more magic in listening to LPs than digital. Maybe, its just me loving to put a record on or vinyl does really sound better. Who really knows, but I'm happier now with CO system.
