Love those Triangles. I have a pair of Comete ES and just bought the last pair of new 25th anniversary Comete ES's.
If you get the up-stream right, the Triangle is a very convincing speaker that does a lot of things right.
I don't have a phono, but I know that's what the Triangles do best.

Hi again, just e-mailed you, but thought I'd post on your system. I auditioned Triagles once, for a short time, and liked the way they sounded. Very nice. I'm curious as to how well you like your preamp. I'm kind of window shopping for a phono stage now, so I would appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks Dan

Nice-looking setup. That's a nice transparent-sounding little amp, best IMO in triode mode. I run mine with Triangles too, the Titus ES because my room is tiny. Very satisfying, lots of clarity and dimension.

I see you got your phono stage! I'd be curious to hear your impressions of it once you feel its had time to run in.

Your still welcome to come by my place to take a listen when we can line up our schedules. I'm without a phono stage at the moment though. Give me a few weeks to sort that out first. I'm going to audition one next week and have high hopes that things will go well.
