Description

I have arrived a good place for this system. For now I am selling a Lenco to fund some cables, onebay. Any ideas under $200/cable?

Finally got the Onkyo Integra up and running. Recording in full analog glory. Even in dbx(for the Metal Master tape) from vinyl of course;)-~

System edited: The Onkyo Integra has been completely rehauled from belts to channel balance. they didn't get the channel balance right, but I am able to balance with the help of the Cardas record. I am hoping to add some better cables this holiday season, he, he

System edited: Just replaced the cartridge and phono stage of my system. I still need better cables all around, from the internal wiring of the tonearm to the IC's that connect the phono stage. Suggestions on IC's used or new in the $150 range for 1meter would be appreciated.

Ykk I really like the Platinum, but would like to try some Moving Coils too. I need to upgrade my preamp first, I only have one for MM's now. Upstateaudio, thanks for the response on the LAT cables.

colitas

Maybe try to upgrade to moving coil cartridge also.

I like the LAT International wire. I have my system wired with their speaker cables and interconnects including power cords.

Skiblues, I was thinking of going with a company called LAT International. I have seen ratings in Hi-Fi Review(British) magazine. I am also impressed with their prices, what would you recommend for analog front end?

colitas

You need better ic's.

upstate audio I already employ the dropped counterweight. I guess I should add that to my system description.

colitas

For improved bass try one of the modified counterweights for your RB300 tonearm.
