Not only do they sound incredible, but you can really hear the differences between things like cables etc, so I had to post this as my "component evaluation system"

These are great, and practically industry standard in studios as Near Field monitors (just as the Yamaha NS10's were in the 80's) They sound great and can really kick if you want them to as they are internally bi-amped with 120w on each Tweeter and 120w on the 8"
They also sound very nice and articulate at low volume levels.
Highly recommend !

WOW those loudspeakers are legendary! I am looking at a pair of Genelec 8020A for my office PC system.

I am not familiar with those loudspeakers, but they appear to be horn loaded at the tweeter. This is not the typical horn you would find on big $$$$$ loudspeakers - but still enough to give you eye opening dynamics!
