I will describe this current rig as the best I have put together in awhile. All used and I suppose vintage compared to what's out now. Never the less the toes tap and on occasion a little air guitar is in order. I listen to mostly jazz but Jimi has stopped by from time to time to clean things up.
I didn't descibe my rig as to the setup: The Rotel is used as transport obvious with the MSB set for 24/96. I use a Jena labs Gemini link between the two. The Linn powers the woofers and the Golden Sound does tweeter duty. Heck of a combo and my first dive into a ss/tube combo on the Focals. The ASL of course sets the stage of all the sources quite well and has lots of gain for a single tube kit. I forgot to mention everything is powered by Chang Lightspeed except the Linn which is direct from the wall outlet via a PS Audio pwr cord. Entry level to be sure but good synergy thus far. Thanks for checking out the rig and I welcome any comments or suggestions. Stay thirsty my friends.
