Description

This is my current setup for vinyl playback. The Manley Labs provides a microscope for the ear while the SS McIntosh provides the muscle that the Dynaudio Contour's really need. This system sounds powerful, detailed, beautiful, dynamic and lots of rhythmic drive.

That Macintosh glow says it all - what a great setup! Kudos to you Matt!

Nice system Matt! Perfect way to anchor the system with McIntosh. Like the way you've suspended the cables. I'm sure it sounds great. Hardly no cables too with just vinyl. Good job!

Saw your comment on a thread regarding the Chinook... then I noticed that there’s some similarities between our systems... McIntosh-Project-Chinook.
Enjoy!

Love it! My set-up is a bit more modest, but I do use the same Clearaudio Maestro v2. Probably one of the best MM's out there. Looks like you can concentrate on enjoying it for awhile; a system like that might be the right vaccine against the up-grade bug! Well done.

Man oh man, you have an outstanding system. I particularly love the simplicity.

(You would think a'gon would get the hint and fix their site so members could edit their systems. I deleted mine because of the inability to edit.)

For some reason the audiogon system builder will not let me edit and I wanted to add the speakers and some more pics. The speakers are Dynaudio and the sub is a REL B2.

What is the speaker brand?

Very much my type of system. I am currently out of town and bought as new tablet for work. I will be posting mine soon when work is over. This is a beast of a good sounding system I know. Love it. I am running dual Musical fir
Musical Fidelity Amps, Speakers by E.C.S, Marantz Sacd, still adding.

Nice rig, Matt. Straightforward. Just the way I like it, too. Now if only I can get some pics of my system posted… Got to finish the damn mantles and floor first. Maybe next year.
