Description

I have been putting together systems for 15 yeasr and found that the greatest satisfaction comes from components that perform way beyond their cost. This system is a perfect example and can be put together for under $5,000 used and you will likely need to spend over $12,000 to do better. Keep in mind the analogue component here is a steal for its cost when compared to the more well known Linn,VPI,Rega systems and outboard phono stages. I'm keeping this but will probably play with interconnects and add a newer CD player when formats settle down.

Hey Yeastguy, Where did you get the Well-Tempered rig? I'm thinking of updating the ol' analog setup. The SR-12s you sold me are just fabulous, couldn't be happier. Also, what's your experience with the Monster Power thing? Is it as good as they say, are there any drawbacks, do you use them with your amps too? Cheers, Tom Schuman
