Sounds like a great system. The Thiels should match up great with the high powered Pass stuff. Thiels love those type of AMPs. Check out nordost, although with the Thiels you might have too much speed and lack of musicality. Another suggestion for a better price is Sonoran from Star Sound Tech. They use a micro bearing material in the cable which is pretty cool. The whole thing is based on the physics of vibration. They have some awesome racks which I would definitely check out. I have nordost on one system and their cable and interconnects on my main. The Sonoran stuff is very warm and not quite as clinical as the nordost. I also got the racks and the sound improvement was pretty amazing. Check them out at audiopoints.com.
I think the room is enough large it is 4x6.5 meter, i don't know in foot. Yes I thik also on synergestic research, but i start with interconnect and speaker cabel at least, at the moment i have for speaker Cable talk cheaper model Thank you for your respons Ramond
Incidentally, I have a heard this system at a dealer except that the speakers were Avalons rather than Thiel. The cables were NBS Monitor 4 or Monitor 3. The sound was rather nice. Don't know whether and NBS and Thiel are a good match or not because I am not familiar with the Thiels (yet).
Hi. Thiel.another fine choice. Hope you have a somewhat large room (not nearfield listening). Try the Synergistic Research IC's and speaker cables with active shielding, IMHO you can't go wrong. They have a cable for all price ranges and the Tech support is very good at helping to choose cables at your price point. You know that saying " opinions are like ........, every has one" But in the end,let your ears make the choice.
