I own the KAV-300cd and have been pleased with it's sonic character; large amounts of base and an overall robust forward soundstage. I have been curious as to whether I could refine this sound by adding to detail and creating clearer transients between notes and musical passages.
An outboard converter seems the answer but which one? Have you used the Genesis Technologies Digital Lens or MSB Link III individually or in tandem with the Krell? What kind of changes can you report??
