Even if you replace your speaker with any other speaker, the results ill likely be the same. You need to tame the reflections. Try listening with the grills on.
But you do have a beautiful room.

A simple solution might be some thickish tasteful curtains on the windows behind your speakers which may fix of the harshness you're hearing because of the glass windows behind. It may bring the necessary warmth you're looking for....
