Set up a second system at our beach house. Basically a duplicate of my main system except relocated my Focal Chorus speakers when I replaced them with Electra 1028be's. Also have a Marantz AV receiver that takes TV signal and drives Focal Chorus CC 800V center channel speaker directly as well as connects to preamp in to drive mains and subwoofer for a 3.1 home theater system,
Perhaps I should have gone a completely different direction with this system, but , then again, if it ain't broke....

Focals pair nicely with the Marantz integrated as these speakers are very sensitive but have a well known dip in the lower hz range. The Marantz ability to double output at 4 ohms easily drives these.

Great integrated that that puts out 100w @8 ohms and double to 200w @4ohms. These are conservative estimaates. Has an excellent built in mm/mc phono stage. A beast at 59 lbs.
