Our goal was to develop an AC improver that could exceed the existing models of other brands and our own former E-Tuning... And we succeeded, convince yourself! Even a great power cable can be improved with our E-tuning Gold mk II. The E-Tuning Gold mkII contents are stabilized with black resin, a material which sufficiently suppresses microphony effects. While still waiting for the Odyssey Kismets and the Zenwave power conditioner, I added a few thing that have made a huge impact. Starting with a Synergistic red fuse and 5 ECTs in to the PS Audio DSD and upgraded the Verastarr power cords including two Grand illusion silver one on the DAC and one on the a PS Audio power strip. Also a newly designed Verastarr USB cable. The biggest impact came from the Verastarr cords, dead quite background, increased separation, in a word fantastic. I love the Antipodes RS Reference is fantastic, so much so I am going to sell it and buy the DX Reference, crazy but I am going for the ultimate in high def playback. For the first time in years I'm excited about this hobby again...
I am still waiting for Klaus to send back my kismet before trying to write a review on the RS Reference , I can tell you right now it is an awesome piece, i just added some Verastarr Grand Illusion power cords both copper on Antipodes and silver on DSD wow! Mike from Verastarr has the DX, I am taking my PS Audio DSD and DS Reference to his house for a shootout against the new APL DAC and a new DAC from April Music the APL is what I deem an audiophile DAC not a musicians DAC I could use all the buzzwords high definition blah blah blah we Listened to a few CDs over both and both of us felt very relaxed while listening to the April DAC and restless or fatigued listening to the APL, I am sure there are a bunch of engineers and computer guys that will like all the non musical sounds like the tongue hitting the pallet etc. through the APL I didn't anyway more later after the next visit. The DX reference is another level, I'll also tell you the DS in my system sounds better than my PS Audio PWT and my iMac iriver setup by a wide margin.
Technical ground is two months old. Still waiting for Zenwave power conditioner and my Odyssey Kismet stuff. System as it stands is off the charts. The Vapor speakers are phenomenal! I'm waiting for all the pieces before I post a comment.
Hi Eugene. This system looks awesome!! Would love to hear the Joules, I've yet to hear a Vapor speaker, I hear they're wonderful. Looks like you're in the middle of having a lot of fun! BTW,how long have you had your Technical Ground?

Ok the Antipodes and GIK panels came today. The Antipodes is nothing short of breathless!!!! I sincerely mean that, wow, with the DSD i am in really hearing my system now, ok I'll let it cook for a while
The Zenwave, Antipodes and Odyssey should be here in the next week. Ryan of Vapor and Mike Powell of Verastarr both recommended the unit they used Antipodes at the last two RMAF. That comment is from my system in 2006.
Sweet! Really nice upgrade to the Cirrus. I know I'm enjoying my Joule Blacks. How do you like the Antipodes server? I need to upgrade my system page here to reflect the changes I made.
