I read somewhere her that you own a Supratek and/or a First Sound premp - but I find a Rowland listed here.. you were hitted by the same "mosquito" I had! - I went from Gryphon to Jadis, but always curious about First Sound as an option.
Someone who had a First Sound Paramount Deluxe MKII hotrodded preamp, who I bought the same unit from also had a Berning and he used interconnects from Chimera Audio Labs. They are copper, continuous copper and make to order from Texas. I am also getting funds to try them on. They look very promising and the only other interconnect that is comparable in the mass market and at the same, but used price would be the Analysis Plus Solo crystal? They can run you $299-300 used, while the Chimera is just $300 brand new.
