just finished my new system, went from monitors to floorstanding speakers, went to separates and a big upgrade on cables.

i dont know if i should keep the sub, with the thiels i think i dont need it.

System edited: got rid of the monster conditioner, and changed the classe for a bat amp, solid state too. upgranding my cd player to a sonic frontiers.

Rcoppel, looks like a very good system. In particular, your cables. If you feel you don't need the Rel sub, I might be interested in order to complement my B&W Sigs 805s. In general I don't feel the need for the sub but I do listen to a quite a bit of electronica and that will benefit from it. BTW, I am in Mexico City.

Re. the sub, it depends on what kind of music do you listen most often. I turn on my ACI Titan II only when I listen to organ music and watch special effects movie, otherwise, I full range speakers pretty much handle all audible frequency well. Your thiels speakers are very nice.
BTW, you have a very nice system, and enjoy the music!
