Located in home office on lower level of split level home.

Music streaming from personal library of ripped CDs and SACDs as well as Qobuz supported by Roon.  Roon Core housed on Roon Nucleus.  Personal library stored on Melco N1A.  Both Nucleus and Melco in Main Rig located one level up in Living Room.

Desktop system features KEF LSX speakers.
  • Active, powered speakers, with built in DAC and DSP
  • DSP optimized for desktop nearfield listening
  • Master speaker cabled to slave via ethernet cable
  • Master speaker connected to router via ethernet cable
  • Functioning as Roon endpoint via KEF streaming
  • Replaced Audio Engine A2 speakers
Bluesound Node 2i also functioning as Roon endpoint
  • Connected to network switch via ethernet cable
  • Connected to KEF LSX optical input via Toslink
  • Also connected to KEF analog Aux input via Tape Monitor Switch
Audioengine D1 DAC connected to Dell Desktop PC via USB
  • DAC connected to KEF analog Aux input via Tape Monitor Switch
Radio Shack Realistic Tape Monitor Switch connected to KEF LSX analog 3.5mm analog input.  

Sony BDP-S390 Blu-Ray Player used as network server for purpose of ripping DSF files from SACDs (connected to network via ethernet cable).
