I modified the output coupling caps. Gone are the generic 30uFs and now it runs VCap ODAM 12 uFs. I also removed the ceramic cast resistors on the power side and put in 10W Mills military spec resistors, which I had to buy from HiFi Collective in Britain as I couldn't source them from a US vendor.
Intel NUC Roon Server
I built this with a little help from Roon's own directions and users on its forum. Huge upgrade!
Very nice looking room and system and I'm sure well sounding!
Your Klipsch Corwall IV must be fantastic! ....do not tell me that what I see hanging on the wall is a National Style O ....beautiful! I have a red Fender Stratocaster in my listening room as good friend.
@simao, The Cornwall sound is large in size but not tubby or shouty. They image well but are not pinpoint placers of things in the soundstage. Instead, they convey a sense of live performance, dynamics, and sonic holography.
How would you describe the Cornwall sound? I've been growing more and more curious about them. Nice job of the room, too. I love when musical instruments are woven into the stereoscape!
