Thank you for the kind words @jeffstrick.  I didn’t know what to expect. I found the design very interesting, and found a pair of demo’s.  I am really very impressed!  The soundstage is huge. These are very fast and detailed, without being at all fatiguing.  They are different from the other speakers I rotate in my systems, which I was actually hoping for, a new flavor!

Love your system sir. How do you like the Little Hiro?

Very nice looking system. I've heard a lot of good things about the Aric Audio gear but have never had a chance to hear any of it. I bet the system sounds great.

Thank you for the positive comments mjcmt.  I do think a tube pre is the way to go with Mr. Pass'amps. The sound to my ears is magical!

The Onkyo has worked flawlessly. It definitely is a lower budget deck. I did find a big improvement using an external DAC.( Although,I used it for about 5 years without one.)  I'm starting to think that an Audiolab cd transport is where I'll probably end up.

If you are nearby to Horn Shoppe, I would definitely check out his products. He makes some very highly regarded pre amps. It looks like he's always tinkering with something.

This is a very nice 5 star system Rocray.
Your pre/ power amp pairing is great. (I had a DJH tube preamp w/ Pass Labs Aleph 30 amp and thought a tube pre worked out well w/ Pass Labs)
A wonderful TT and DAC too.
How does the Onkyo work out for a transport? (I'm using a cdp as a transport and I'm a anxious to try a real transport)
I've always wanted to hear Horn Shoppe speakers too. (There not terribly far from me)
Enjoy listening to it.

Thanks b_limo. Those are an Ed Schiiling creation. I found these used about 6 years ago. They have impressed me enough that they will stay in the permanent rotation. Great detail without fatigue. They seem to work really well in my tiny room.

Very cool!  Interesting speakers.  I bet they sound great
