Item can be returned within 3 days of receipt.

General Terms

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping return costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method less any shipping charges.

Special Conditions

I strive to package equipment with extra care and protection. If per chance your item arrives with damage to the box and contents due to the shipping company, the item cannot be returned for a refund but will be paid by the shipping insurance. If the box appears to be damaged, please take photos of all sides of the box including the label, the packing material and unit inside of the box. This is necessary to make a claim with the shipper and must be done BEFORE the item is removed from the box and the packaging material is discarded. I will do whatever I can on my part to help in filing a claim but will need your help in providing this evidence for the insurer. If these procedures are not followed and the insurer rejects the claim due to a lack of photos and supporting information then there will be no return allowed and no refund issued.
