Are you looking for the absolute best large scale stereo speakers available on the market, at a fraction of the cost of similar systems? This is it, and it's one of a kind, built for the largest of rooms and the most discerning ears.

I personally spent the last 4-5 years designing and perfecting this enormous open baffle hybrid pistonic bass / planar midrange / ribbon tweeter monster. It's been a long road, but I feel like I've achieved as close to perfect as possible, and now it's time to move on.

This build was designed to match and beat the highest level magnepans, and was inspired by the Genesis / infinity IRS. I own Maggie 3.7i, and I can confidently say that this isn't even comparable in midrange detail and bass in every regard. I've heard the current $200k+ genesis IRS, and this does certain things the IRS does not. Forget about the older infinity planar designs, this is above and beyond the old panels.

The elements of this system include a magnepan tweeter for highs, BG neo8 clones for high mids, and BG neo10 clones for midrange. This hf array hands off to dual 6x10 Peerless OB for low mids and midbass, then finally down to a set of six 18" grs OB subwoofers. I do use ported subwoofers for 30hz and below, but most people won't need to do so.

I built every inch of this other than the midbass panels. The fronts are black, the backs I used a cool purple and blue car paint. It's important to note that I'm not a pro painter or woodworker. These aren't perfect, production pieces, but I think they're pretty dang good.

One crazy note, is that this is two systems in one. You may have noted the 60" carver amazing in the mix. This driver can replace the bg neo panels as midrange on the fly, COMPLETELY altering the sound. It's a little Easter egg I tossed in there, as someone that constantly needs to be switching systems.

Now, here's the cinch. This is a fully active dsp'd system. You won't find any passive crossovers here. I control everything via the jbl Intonato in the rack, which hands off to a half dozen power amps - one for each pair of components.

I'd be willing to sell the intonato and my d-d converter, plus my custom db25 mogami output panels for about $3000, or I'd re-program my settings into your dsp. Same thing with amps, I do have some for sale. My asking price would include the speaker system, and setting it up in your room.

That's all I've got. Questions, ask. Demos for serious customers only. I can promise that you've never heard a system as enormous sounding as this one.
