Just upgraded from the Playback Designs Merlot DAC to the Playback Designs Edelweiss MPD-6 DAC. The Merlot DAC is very good, The Edelweiss MPD-6 DAC is even better, another level of transparency and separation. A very nice upgrade to the system.
Dmiller01, is great you have treated your room. I put some acoustic panels in my room where is more common placement and it made a huge difference. I glad everything is working out for you.
Very nice system you got there! Has it been problematic with the acoustics with the front wall like that? My room is similar in size from yours maybe smaller and find it that room echo was a problem.
