After many tests this is my current system, in short, the powers change Krell KAS-2, by Krell CX-700, which by performing extensive tests are truly extraordinary in every way! never heard something else comes close! I get over my ears to other models of the brand as FPB-350/FPB-750, KAS and KAS 2 and other brands also evalue , Pass Labs XA-160.8.De of here a couple of months I hope to have them installed.
Hi, I have 3 krell pieces - a 400xi, SACD amd a showcase 7 for the theater - I have tried a bunch of power products - The Krell,s do not like anything that restricts or chokes the power - That's a big no no !! the best product I have found for power conditioning is Shunyata - The Hydra's with either a 20 amp Taipan or Python had the most dramatic effect - It improved every aspect of performance - AND still using the stock cords going forward - I am not sure how it would work on the big KSA. What are trying to achieve? do you want the system more forgiving or more detailed - I ask because I could recommend other cords going forward to the components BUT the Hydra's with he Helix cords will give you both - TONY
